Bilberry extract has been evaluated for its efficacy as an antioxidant, mucostimulant, hypoglycemic, anti-inflammatory, vasoprotectant, and lipid-lowering agent, but has met with mixed reviews. Bilberry is rich in anthocyanins that help treat diarrhea. Carotenoids from Beta-carotene and carrot powder, plus flavonoids from Citrus fruit can help strengthen the intestinal wall and fight off noxious free radicals that may cause damage to the intestine. Riboflavin plays an active role in developing the lining of the digestive tract.
Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily, preferably with meals.
